当院では、医療安全と正確な診断のため、日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい患者様には医療通訳者の同伴をお願いしております。

 

ご家族や友人等では診療内容を正確にお伝えしていただく事が難しく、専門の医療通訳者を同伴されていない場合は診療をお断りさせていただく事がございます。

 

患者様の安全を守るため、ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

For medical safety and accurate diagnosis,  we require patients who have difficulty communicating in Japanese to be accompanied by a professional medical interpreter.  

 

Family members or friends may not to be convey the detail of the examination accurately.  

 

We may have to refuse the treatment if professional medical interpreter is not present.  

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure the safety of our patients.
